Our trucking legal resources provide our members with access to trucking attorneys who are specialized in transportation law. The CTA Legal Resource Center’s purpose is to provide CTA members access to legal advice. Most importantly, CTA members are able to educate themselves on legal issues effecting their business through webinars, seminars and legal articles.  Through this service, CTA members receive complimentary 15 minute legal advice per month. When more information or litigation is necessary, the Legal Resource Center directs members to legal partners who offer their expertise at reduced rates.
