The California Trucking Association, henceforth referred to as “CTA”, owns, operates and maintains the Caltrux.org web site. Caltrux.org, all of the pages and screens on the web site, including the content contained therein and any accompanying documents, are owned and controlled or licensed by the CTA, except as otherwise expressly stated, and are protected by U.S. copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
CTA grants you a nonexclusive, non-assignable, nontransferable license to access and use Caltrux.org and content contained therein for internal business purposes only without express permission from CTA.
Members are further granted the right to access username and password-protected web pages and content. The transfer or assignment of the subscriber and/or member's username/password, in any form, to any third-party without express permission is strictly prohibited.
Caltrux.org is offered on an "AS IS" basis. CTA makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to the web site or the content contained therein, including their quality, performance, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. CTA does not warrant that the Web sites are error or virus free and makes no representation or warranty as to the speed or performance of the web site.
The information contained on Caltrux.org is being provided by CTA as a service to its members and the general community. Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this information, CTA and its employees, contributors and reviewers cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions, nor for any governmental agency's interpretations, applications and changes of regulations described herein.
Caltrux.org is designed to provide accurate and authoritative information in a highly summarized manner concerning the subject matter covered. Copying, displaying, distributing, transferring, linking to, reproducing, licensing, altering, creating derivative works of or republishing all or any portion of the Web sites for any commercial or public purpose without CTA's permission is strictly prohibited. CTA does not allow reproduction of the content and graphics contained on the Web sites, unless the content is expressly labeled with a grant of permission to reproduce and the content is presented in its original state with reference to CTA. Caltrux.org may contain content from and links to external Web sites controlled or offered by third parties affiliated and unaffiliated with CTA. This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
If any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement is, for any reason, held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not affect any other provision of this Agreement.
